Symantec.cloud Download insight exceptions

I have a client that has Symantec.cloud Antivirus.  They have a web based application that downloads addons continuously.  I would like to add a domain exception for the site in Download insight or acrossed the board for Symantec.  I cannot find anywhere to add website or domain exceptions.  The policy page has File/Folder/Extension exclusions, But I can find nothing relating to domain/url/ip.
