I need a solution
I learned the other day that someone at SYMC decided to ended update (SCU, PACU and PU) suppport for CCS version 11.0 without notice to customers. Who comes up with this "no update support starting now", what are you trying to do have your Customers go else where.
Customers just can't over night move to a different version of CCS, and now you (SYMC) have forced Customers to be outside of their security positure and compliance reporting - Nice work for a "Security" company.
As a solution is needed and it is needed now, does Symantec have one?
