When I try to Install SPE 7.9 with UI , I am not able to Install . After running few minutes I am getting an error .I have installed necessary JAVA also.
I am able to install without UI. No issues found.

I am having this issue where Endpoints are displaying as online in SEPM, but haven't been online for hours, or even days in fact.
I have one right now for example that says Last Time status changed November 16th, 2017 at 7:36pm. It has a green dot next to it's name saying it is online, but it isn't pingable.
What would cause this, and how can I fix it.

Click-time maintains the encoding correctly up to this stage.
However, after calling this URL, the Symantic redirect reverts the encoding of the entire Click-time u parameter including the parameter q in the origingal URL. This results in an invalid URL containing e.g. / in the parameter.

From my view, this should be technically avoidable from Symantec side by maintaining the encoding of the original URL parameter.
As currently all URLs are breaking, fast help would be very much appreciated.

We assume that the document pertains to SEP 14.
We need to exclude the "common names" for these URLs in our firewall. How do we find the certificate common name(s)?

Today we use an onpremise SEPM nad will continue to have that.
In Azure they are being managed by Intune.
What it the best or corerct way to keep getting SEP reports and being able to manage SEP for those clients?

HI, I'm kind of new to this community, so, I would like to ask for your help on this particular theme.
I will have the opportunity to upgrade a device from the old line (PS-12000) to one of the new line (S-Series).
I tried to lok for information about this but it came out empty.
So I wonder if anyone has the knowledge, if it is possible to save the classes configuration that is working in the current devices, and if uploading it into the new devices will work.
Otherwise I believe the path is to create the classes in the new device at least once and then copy that configuration into the new devices.
I'm just looking for confirmation on wich path should I follow to perform the platform upgrade.
