how to decrypt multiple files easily

I want to do lots of decrypts at the same time. I can decrypt from my backup files one by one, but that is anoying and time consuming.

The example case:

From my laptop with SEE enabled, I make a backup of multiple folders with multiple files. This is a simple windows click and drag action.

On my home system without SEE I need to run the "SEERemovableStorageAccessUtility" and decrypt files one by one to get them readable on this home system.

My question:

Is there a more convenient way to decrypt these (thousands) of files? Without doing "right click->decrypt to->location"/enter/enter
