Client Scans not occurring when scheduled

I need a solution

I set the scan time for 0030 in the AV policy in SEPM.  But the clients' Daily Scheduled Scans are showing "Next scan" at 0600.

1. Clients are using the correct policy.

2. Clocks on server and client agree.

3. I have disabled the "retry" option for missed scans.

4. I cannot delete or edit the client Daily Scheduled Scan.
