I just want to calrify with you guys, SEP 12.1 RU 1 MP1 32 bit is currently the culprit for many system failure and breakdown in my support team running on laptop with Windows XP SP3, as soon as the SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 upgrade rolled out from SEP 11.0.4, some of those people in my team went back home and then found out that their laptop is no longer connected to the network, by using wire or wireless.
Cisco VPN is also not working either ?
can someone please clarify that this is the bug in deploying SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1 in Windows XP SP3 environment.
stopping the service using SMC -STOP is not really helpful at all, some people uninstall SEP even got worse with BSoD on their laptop.
The only team that got it working are using Windows 7 64 bit on laptop and they said that hey rebooted several times more than just once before heading back home to make sure that the green dot is appearing first before leaving the office.
