SEPM 11.0.7 disable access to items

I've been able to find how to disable the Network Threat Protection setting.

What I can't find, even though it's mentioned in these forums, is how to disable access to...

• disable Antivirus and Antispyware Protection
• disable Proactive Threat Protection
• disable SEP from the taskbar
