I have a doubt.
If my Policies order is:
1) Local
2) VPM
And on Local, I have a Policy to SSL intercept on Business category, but on VPM I have a Policy to not intercept a specific website, but this site is categorized as Business, will this be intercepted?

Here we have some policies to intercept SSL in some websites and cateogories, but how can I know if they are intercepting? Has any reporting on reporter to view this? Or on Proxy has any way to see wich websites are intercepting?

A Proxy SG un-join a domain suddenly and the users get this error message, when trying to authenticate to any site:
"An unrecoverable error was encountered: "The IWA direct realm encountered an unmapped error code, contact your system administrator."
Exception: Internal error
What could the un-join reason be. A failed health check for example? I had the impression that this does not constitue a reason for loosing domain trust.

I need to create a rule that covers the scenarios below. We have already checked for support from Symantec and had the answer that it is not possible to set up to detect a sender by sending a message to only one recipient (one to one).
Scenario 1: Detect (@acme for a popular domain- one for one)
sender: @ ACME.com.br
recipient: @ XXX.com
Scenario 2: Do not detect (when you have @YYY.com as your recipient)
sender: @ ACME.com.br
recipient: @ XXX.com
recipient: @ YYY.com.br
Since my iPhone was upgraded to IOS13 everytime I get the notification to approve access I receive the following message when Approving the sign in request
"this request could not be completed due to network connectivity issues. Try to log in again. Error Code 5001"
I have to use the security code to login. Happens in multiple locations and whether the phone is on wifi, or using the celluar network, so general connectivity is not in question.

We have remote locations that use Vonage for their phone systems, and SEP keeps blocking the update to the Vonage software. Anybody else seen this? I know there were issues with SEP blocking MS updates.

The agent on one of my windows 10 PC was locked up. The agent page said that it hadn't been updated in months. None of the links on the page worked. I deleted the computer from the console and then I tried to uninstall and it seemed to work, but when I try to install it again it tell me it wants to upgrade and runs an uninstall again where it gets up to 90+ percent and then roles back to 60 percent and stays that way for at least 5 minutes. and then says it was successful and to reboot to install. I re-boot and again it tell me I have an old version and has to upgrade and tries to uninstall again and I end up in this loop where it keep tell me to reboot and never actually get to install, but the computer doesn't show any indication of the agent. There is no directory, nothing in the tray and no processes or aapps running. Any ideas what is stopping the uninstall/install process
I have a client that has old settings of installation Endpoint Protection 12.1.6607.6300 and i cant installl any other antivirus, please sent me the cleanwipe or a procedure to remove it. Server and other clients in my network are uninstalled full.

One of my customer is using ICT. Customer have a query that he wants to apply ICT Classification watermark only on External Email and not on Internal Email. Is it possible to apply watermark only on External Email and not on internal email communication?

We have a Windows 2012 R2 server running Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.2.53.23.2000. Same behavior I am reporting was also observed with ver 14.0.3876.1100
We have a backup appliance Rubrik on version 5.2 that archives virtual machines fine to the above server fine. It is when we attempt to write a virtual machine tape, using Qstar software we run into a problem. The job keeps restarting.
If we disable Symantec the jobs fails. If we put exceptions in place for the Qstar directories the job fails too.
If we remove Symantec the job completes.
How do we go about troubleshooting this type of scenerio? Rubrik and Qstar believe Symantec is the cause.

We are currently working in a project where we need to deploy, Centralized AV update to 50 Servers (winSvr 2012) and 20 Workstation (Win8). Our current architecture as below;
L3 network (no internet access): Client Server and Workstations n
L3 network (no internet access): SEPM
L3.5 DMZ (no internet access) : No SEPM instance
L4 (business netwrk with internet connection): SEPM
We need your help to advice the best practice and any sample architecture on how to deploy centralize AV update from L4 down to L3 clients.

I know Symantec has release the following workaround - https://support.symantec.com/us/en/article.tech256047.html - for the Google Chrome 78/79 'Aw Snap...' issue.
I also noticed that SEP 14.2 RU2 was released on November 12, 2019, and the release notes don't mention this issue been fixed.
When does SEP plan to address this issue?
