PGP decryption succeeded but had drive not accessible

I need a solution

I have a Windows 7 Lenovo Laptop with a 160GB  SATA hard drive. I was mandated to encrypt my hard drive with PGP 10.2.1. About 61% into the encryption the encryption stopped. I looked at the logs and it said I have a bad sector and could not continue with encryption. I tried to start PGG and decrypt but I could not. I downloaded the recovery CD 10.2.1 and booted from the CD. I selected to decrypt the hard drive and after about 16 hours it stated it was successful. I went to boot and windows will not come up. No big deal as I only need some data off of the hard drive. The issue all the folders are not accessible. I hooked up the drive through another Windows 7 laptop and can see the drive and the folders. Unfortunately all the folders are not accessible. Is there anyway to recover this drive to get some of the files off of it? Any assistance would be appreciated.
