allow users to scan folder/file managed client

Hi there,

I would like to allow my users to scan a file / folder / or drive.
Now i have setup several groups and several policies, and on some of my groups people are allowed to scan ( rightmouse click / scan now) and some groups people dont have this option.

I looked in my policy setting but cant find how to enable / disable this.
Who can tell me where to set this setting.
