not receiving logs from Sidewinder collector

I did a wrong password test on sidewinder and I have problem collecting logs from sidewinder but not logs from juniper, snare

I implement sidewinder, juniper, snare offbox collector at my syslog server.

I was told it might be the version of sidewinder collector.

I download Sidewinder_G2_Event_Collector_4.2.4_AllWin_AllLinux_EN.zip from

What could be the problem. Please advise what other information is needed to provide diagnosis.
