I need a solution
We're unable to successfully install SEP 12.1 RU2 on our Windows Server 2003 SP2 server. Our only recourse so far has been to install the legacy SAV 10 (successful) - not a good long term alternative. The install simply rolls back during the installation. The App. event log shows MSI Installer error 11708, and the SEP Install log does not show much helpful info. We have tried the following: Cleanwipe.exe, SEP_SupportTool, Installing with System (local admin) credentials, MSI Clean Tool (no Symantec products installed), and SEP 12.1 RU1. None have helped. Any other ideas or suggestions? Thanks!
