I need a solution
Hi,
I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 12.1.5, recently we have updated one workstation from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. The Symantec Endpoint Agent stopped working because its version is not compatible with Windows 10.
I have made a search and I have found out we need to update to version 12.1.6. But when I access to https://fileconnect.symantec.com/ and insert my product key, I am only able to download version 12.1.5.
Can someone tell me why?
