Discovery incidents Very slow

Hi everyone,

I am Symantec DLP consultant in Brazil and I am implementing DLP 12.5 on a customer at this time

I am facing some problems related to the Discover (Discover Network and Endpoint Discover)

After you scan and open a console incident occurs very slowly for viewing this incident, there is something to normalize it?

PS: All other incidents (Monitor, Prevent Web, etc.) operate normally.
