Single Tier installation DLP 14 fails with "Error creating schema"

Good evening,

Having a problem settings up new single tier DLP 14, went through all the steps up to the point of ininitialing Enforce database, where it fails on "Creating Database Schema".

I've attached Schema.Creation logs to this post.

Any help would be greatly appreachiated.
