No Log Entries

I need a solution

Two issues here:

1. I am truly tired of clicking on the 'Download latest Update' in the home panel of Symantec Mail Security for Exchange and having NOTHING ever be found on the Symantec site.

2. Since upgrading to rev 7.x.x.x, I have never been able to have the log file remain as large as I desire, and it will usually keep three days of activity, and then delete previous entries. Prior to the 7.x.x.x release, I could have the log file be as large as I desired with no restrictions. And now, with the latest release, I have NO entries in the log.

Any resolutions to the above two issues would be apprciated. Thank you.
