I need a solution
Before you say it, yeah, I know 12.1.4 doesn't work on Windows 10. The problem is that I discovered this only after Windows 10 let me install it, heh. Anyway, once I figured out it wouldn't work, I decided to uninstall it, but alas, using Windows' uninstall/change program feature fails (runs the configuring disalogue, then just stops), and the Norton Removal Tool also fails (it tells me to use the Windows uninstall feature, heh).
Thoughts on how to remove it so I can upgrade to a newer version?
