Cloned drive decrypted and reencrypted is not accesible anymore

Hello,

I have a HDD with 2 partitions - Windows and Data - that was using full disk encryption.
I decided to clone the Windows partition to a new SSD drive, and for that started with a full decrypt.
After that was finished I cloned the Windows partition, booted from the SSD and re-encrypted both drives adding the existing users to the SSD.
I was asked for a passphrase, I entered it, but upon restart neither the passphrase nor the Windows account password are recognized.
I cannot access either drive, what are my options ?
