PGP Desktop Encryption Disk

Hello all. Can you help me?

I`l got  install PGP Desktop. Then, trying to encrypt my disk (C and D) 1 tb

When i start, PGP stop the encryption on 0.0 progress.

Encryption Paused.

encryption has been paused but the disk is fully functional

This disk is partialy encrypted and is not secure.

Click resume to finish the encryption process.

When i click *resume* - nothing change.

What can i do whith this?
