MSL Policy Reflection

Hi All,

Currently am using the 11.6 SEPM in my environment and planning to upgrade.

the problem arises with the Primary server Database as it is unstable and so i need to carry out database Refresh plan.

First i would like to move all the Clients from Primary to Secondary i have created MSL regarding the same, but only few clients are reflected in Seondary.

Total 14000 Clients, approx 7000 still to moved to secondary.

Is there any another way that i can point primary server clients to Secondary server.?
