I encrypted my notebook using the full disk encryption method.
Then after that, I created a another Windows user profile.
And when I logged on to that new user profile, Symantec Encryption Desktop setup screen always appears asking that Do you want to enable PGP to be available from this account?
And despite hitting NO or Cancel, it still pops-up after logging in to that user account profile even though I did setup the encryption process from my primary user Windows 7 account.
As for the encryption logon option, I do not use the Windows password to logon to WDE, I created a New Passphrase with a PIN to be used at the Boot Guard screen.
I still want to know why the Symantec Encryption Desktop setup screen appears under the different Windows user profile when I set it up using my primary Wndows user account?
I use two Windows 7 user profiles. One for Primary and one for emergency access.
And I how can stop the PGP WDE set up screen asking everytime to setup an account for that other user account in Windows?
I just want to logon to that other profile without setting up or enabling PGP WDE and only use it under my primary Windows account.
I am unmanaged when using PGP WDE.
