PGP - Unable to to decrypt message

Hi guys,

Was trying to use PGP Desktop to decrpyt the message, no error return but the message is still encrpyted. Any idea?

pgp --decrypt --email Message.pgp –annotate

pgp:decrypt (2710:days left in current license, 29)

Message.pgp:decrypt (0:output file Message)

The outout file "message" (no extension) but when open to notepad, it is still encrpyted. Is that anything wrong with my syntax?
