Endpoint Prevent 10.5 (Antivirus) Unable to block USB format NTFS

I have set up a policy in the Endpoint Prevent (Antivirus) version 10.5 to block confidential data from being saved into a USB drive.  For USB drive formatted in FAT32 works successfully however for USB drive formatted in NTFS, it failed to block.  Do you have any suggestions how I can address this issue?
