Hi
I have some questions regarding the DLP agent
1-One of the DLP agnets (Symantec Endpoint Agent service) is stopped and after trying to start the service it gives the following error in Event Virewer:
Symantec Endpoint Agent Service terminated with the following error: 16389 Event ID: 7023
I have attached the screenshot of the error
What is the reason of this Error because based on my researches i could not find anything?
2-There are many Shutdown agents in Console and for the agnets that we can ping them when i connect to the services of them and restart them they could be started.
How can i check the reason of that?
How can i reduce number of them?
3-Is there any tool or log to check the DLP agent and troubleshoot (Why this service is stopped) .
