Hi all, I'm having an issue transferring some PGP files.
I have encrypted it using a passphrase via PGP desktop so the file is now .csv.exe. If I try and run the encrypted file, it brings up the passcode entry box - fine. If I bring up the properties of the file, the icon is a suitcase as it should be.
However, I have uploaded the file to a server via web browser connection. The file is transferring ok and shows as the correct file name .csv.exe
When this file is downloaded from the server and run, either by myself or the recipient, it doesn't work.
It downloads fine, then when run comes up with a security warning: unknown publisher, do you want to run. the icon is a blank tile icon. I click ok, and it comes up with an error: "application cannot be run in win32 mode"
Previous files have transferred ok but now none are working, and neither of our IT teams know how to fix this. I've tried re-encrypting and reuploading several times. Can anyone help?
