I need a solution
Good afternoon, I'm hoping you could help us with a problem.
We recieve the error on the Symantec desktop ' Encryption Desktop is unable to import any keys, certificates, or groups from the selected file' when we try to open up a PGP ZIP file recieved from a client.
We have added the privatekey correctly (or so we believe) and have the key ticked green in the Verified column.
Yet the error is thrown every time. If we use a different pgp package we can open the file correctly every time using the key.
