I need a solution
I have a client whose domain/IP keeps getting blacklisted by Symantec Brightmail. We have had the server scanned each time and there is never any malware, and they send no solicitations whatsoever. (In fact, they only send about 10-20 emails a week, to their clients, tops). Symantec investigates, and then removes the ban. But then it happends again. So we are beginning to suspect that a competitor of theirs is the cause of this problem.
They are a small local business and have limited resources to combat this. Many of their clients use Brightmail, which makes it difficult to conduct daily business.
My question is, what recourse do they have available to keep this from happening? Is there any affordable products/services that they can purchase from Symantec, that could prove the security and reputation of their site, and thus keep it from getting banned again and again?
