Need help to take SEPM 11.1 database backup

Hi all,

  we have a SEPM 11.1 version installed in windows server 2003 . We are not able to login to the SEPM console after resetting the " admin " account.

So we decided to uninstall the SEPM 11.1 version and install SEPM 12.1 .so for that i need to take the old database backup. Is it possible to take database backup with out login to the SEPM console .Can we use anyother symantec tools to do that.
