PGP - Turn off internet connection

HI,

There is any reason for PGP to connect to internet ? If yes, how can I disable this ?

In the last version ( 10.0.x I think ) I saw that there is an option to disable updates for example and in the last version I can't see this kind of option.

So again, how can I disable PGP to acces internet ? I'm using the last version right now ( 10.3.1 ).
