Ask for password after Windows session start

Hello,

I have a customer that needs that the password must be ask after the Windows Session started. The idea is many users in the corporation connect via VPN to the company and then they remote connect to his computer. The computers have Drive encryption 10.3 and if there was an interrupt of power, the system waiting for password in the login encryption, then when the user, has a remote connection, it cannot connect.
