CCS AM Questions

Hi, 

i have some questions for CCS AM.

1)Is there deeper Segregation of Duties than Admin, PowerUser, EndUser. For example: I am an Administrator and i want to send some questionnaires to HR Department and some other to Network Department. I want to have focal persons in each department to assign as Department Admins but i dont want the first Department's Admin to have access to second Department's Admin. Is it possible something like that?

2)Is there the ability to send automated email to CCS AM Admin when an assessment is completed.

3) Does the program supports anonymized assessments?
