I need a solution
Have Windows 7 64bit and using Chrome for renewing a Class1 Verisign Digital ID. At step 3 of 4, after entering the digital ID Pin number, the browser downloads an executable entitled sophia.exe. When I launch this program I get an error that says ""The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows your're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) of x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher." How can I solve this problem?
