Client Deployment Wizard stopped working

I need a solution

Team.
I have a strange issue that just started yesterday that is driving me mad!

Workstations:

  1. Windows 7 64 bit - 64 bit package (managed)
  2. Windows XP SP3 - 32 bit. 32 bit package (managed)
  3. All on same subnet.

 

Server Config:

  1. Windows Server 2003 fully patched.
  2. Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager  12.1
  3. Full protection for clients
  4. Default Client Installation Settings
  5. All Content

 

Problem

I've just tried to push out 1 at a time, Symantec Endpoint to 2 new computers as I've done for 2 years now but nothing happens.

Using the Client Deployment Wizard.

  • The deployment wizard finds the computer by IP and name fine
  • I enter the local admin user/password/domain name, and it accepts it all fine.
  • I hit SEND nothing happens . Doesnt change from 0%.

It appears to try to send the packages out -  but the bar just goes left to right and stays at 0%.

  • I have rebooted the server - no change
  • I've left it running overnight (16 hours) trying to push out the package again - no change - 0%.
  • I can ping the IP address of both PC's from the server fine..
  • I can ping the server from the PC's fine...
  • There are no errors in Event Viewer

Anyone know where I can start looking for a solution?
