SEPM Firewall Policies outside the network

Hi all,

I would like to clarify few things regarding Firewall Policies of SEPM.

Some of our users use Laptop PCs, they have limited internet access @ work. They can bring their laptops outside work. If I use SEPM Firewall, will they able to have full internet access outside our office (outside our network)? Thanks.
