Advice on SEPM Fresh Reinstall after error

I need a solution

Hi,

 

Currently, I have the following problems with my SEPM 12.1 :-

 

1)      It shows “Unexpected Server error. Error Code : 0x10010000”

everytime I login the SEPM console

 

2)      everytime after it has run live update, the SEPM will unable to connect to its

      database, and the Clients will not be able to connect to the SEP server. SEPM Server 's Disk space size will

      drops to less than 100MB or maybe even lower. I will have to restart the server and the

      size will be return back to 3GB (the current available free size) or more, and the database will be able to be connected until

      the next liveupdate.

 

 

We have an environment of both SEP 11 and 12 clients. Our SEPM was originally of version 11.0  and it has been upgraded to 12.0 for about 6 months. This problem that I’m having just happened like 1 month ago. And I do not understand why my server’s harddisk size has been dropping so drastically.

 

I am intended to remove the SEPM from this server and do a fresh installation again with SEPM 12.1, and I wanted all the clients to be able to join back to this server automatically after the fresh SEPM installation,as like it has nothing happened before. Can this be done and what should I do? Is there any file I needed to backup before I  remove the SEPM and do a fresh installation ? Please do let me know the step by step details in doing this. Thank you
