Laptop bricked

I need a solution

My company recently bought a new laptop and I had to install SEE on it.

Since like all new laptops it runs Windows 8 secure UEFI boot I have to turn off secure boot and turn on legacy booting and reformat the hard disk to an MBR style hard disk then install Windows 7 then finally install windows 8 and then get drivers so that Windows 8 would actually work.

After all that I put SEE on it and everything was working fine.  I have done this on a number of laptops with no issues.  With this laptop after a few days of working suddenly:

Your PC needs to be repaired

A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed.

Error code: 0xc000000f

You need to use recovery tools.

Then after pressing F8 it says:

The application or operating system couldn't be loaded on your system because a required file is missing or contains errors.

File:\Windows\system32\winload.exe

Error code 0xc0000001

I can boot from the access and recoery disks but unfortunately I can't seem to access the disk once I boot from the recovery tools.  This may be because I have no idea what to do.
