Conflict between CommVault 9SR7 and SEP 12.x

Hi,

My company discovered that CommVault stopped working after upgrading from SEP 11 to SEP 12.  My colleagues talked to CommVault support and indicated that the problem relates to SEP scanning offline files.  In SEP 11, it was possible to turn this on and off according to my colleague but it does not appear that scanning of offline files in SEP 12 is possible.  Has anyone dealt with this problem and figured out how to disable the scanning of offline files in SEP 12 or to make SEP 12 work with CommVault?  It appears that the problem even exists with 12.1.3.  Here is a post from the CommVault forum for further reference:  http://forum.commvault.com/forums/thread/26791.aspx
