I need a solution
We are trying to switch to a MS SQL DB and as part of the instructions we are following from (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH102547) we uninstalled and re-installed SEPM 12.1.3 but the strangest thing has happened. Previously we had an entire program group for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Tools. After the new install these tools did not reinstall. It's somewhat important because I really need the database restore utility.
