Block Sender Domain Except for One Recepient

Hello

I have SMG 9.5 and I'm blocking all emails coming from Yahoo! to my domain using "Local Bad Sender Domains" list. Now a need arises where I have to exclude only one recepient email address from this restriction (it is info@OurDomain.com). How to do that?

I've already tried Content Policies by adding two; one delivers the message if from Yahoo! and destined to info@... and another rule to delete messages from Yahoo! and destined to others - but that did NOT work.
