Infection detected by Symantec Help

Hello,
I used the Symantec Help and run the Load Point Analysis in a season that had some problems initially he spotted nine problems, two I could handle, only five applications they actually use and still having trouble with other two, the path to the files is:

C: \ Users \ adilson \ AppData \ Roaming \ IntelSound \ AudioCard.exe
C: \ Users \ adilson \ dxsxsee.exe

Windows don’t recognize these files even in safe mode they are not listed by Windows, which makes it impossible to delete them, searched the internet for some reference of a case like that and I did not find anything.
Has anyone had any similar problem or have any suggestions that might help me?
