SEE 8.2 Access CD and slipstreaming drivers

I need a solution

Hi, everyone.

I have a quick question for the higher-ups and those more deeply-versed in SEE than I.

So my company (and it's not the one listed in my profile) has a ton of devices deployed with SEE. Some times we need to back up data from an encrypted drive when it can't boot. We know we can use the SEE Access CD to mount the drive and copy data to an external or flash drive, or even a network drive if we have the drivers on a flash drive.

What I'd like to know is if I can edit the WIM on that to slipstream the network drivers for all the models that we use (Dell machines) so that we can just hook it up, boot the ISO, and run robocopy to back it up. Is that possible? Or are there integrity checks in the access utility executable to prevent WIM / RAMdisk modification?

If you know, let me know - my bosses have expressed EXTREME interest in this, since copying over USB is slow as can be and GigE is a lot faster.

Thanks!
