Endpoint Encryption Client db cleanup

I have been asked to take a over a Endpoint encryption server that has been unmanaged for some time.  I need to be able to remove computers that are in the deleted computers group in the console.  There is a post about going into the dbo.computers table and deleting them from there.

1) That does not work as they are linked to users in the dbo.users table.

2) I have a few hundred machines to delete.

Is there a sql script to delete computers based on being in the deleted computer group in the console?
