DLP users are getting very slow when they transfering any data from their local machine to net work share

Hi Team,

Our DLP users are getting very slow when they transfering any data from their local machine to net work share like storage server or FTP server or from one laptop to another laptop, We nedd to resolve this issue.

1. if user is on the network that is inside the office scanning should not happen when user transfering the data from one machine to another machine.

2. scanning should happen when user working from home  if he transfer any data to any machine that is off the network.

Kindly provide the steps and solution for the above issue.
