I need a solution
Dear sir/madam
we are using symantec endpoint protection in windows operating systems, It's not detecting and cleaning like desktop.ini and shortcut folders has been created in place of Original folders and hidden all files in drives.
kindly tell me the solution of above problem.
any patches are available ?
