I need a solution
I have recently found out in Ubuntu forums that it is quite simple to arrange a dualboot configuration on a MacBook Pro using MacOS 10.7.5 and Ubuntu 12.04 via rEFIt.
(probably 10.8.x and Ubuntu would work in a similar way)
Questions:
a) would it be possible to use PGP WDE (now Encryption Desktop) to encrypt the MacOS partition and still be able to boot into Ubuntu?
b) would it be possible to encrypt the whole HDD by installing PGP-WDE (similar to MacOS and Bootcamp) and being able to boot into each OS ?
c) How in general PGP-WDE on MacOS supports dual/multiboot systems (other than Windows)?
I would be happy to receive any helpful reply.
kind regards, Stork
(currently using MacOS 10.7.5 with PGP 10.3.0
